[2023-2학기 TOPIK 장학금 신청 안내]
1. 신청대상 : 우리대학 등록금을 납부하는 자비 신·편입 및 자비 교환학생
2. 지급조건: 우리대학에 등록금을 납부하고 직전학기 평점평균이 2.5 이상인 학사과정 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 TOPIK 4급 취득자에게 20만원을 지급, 5급 40만원을 지급하고, 6급 취득자에게 60만원을 지급한다.
(단, 급수 상승 시 급수별 차액만 지급하며, 신규 입학자는 직전학기 평점평균 2.5 기준에서 제외한다.)
3. 신청기간 : 2023.12.11.(월) 9:00 ~ 2023.12.22.(금) 16:00
4. 신청방법 : 학생포털시스템 신청(https://m.bufs.ac.kr/) 접속 후 -> 교류 -> TOPIK장학금신청) 완료 후 TOPIK성적표 및 통장사본에 본인 학번과 한글이름 기재하여 국가별 조교선생님에게 제출
기타국가: 20227833@bufs.ac.kr 스캔 후 파일명 (학번_이름)으로 작성 후 메일 제출
유의사항
※ 통장 예금주가 본인명과 다를 경우 대리수령 신청서 추가 작성 및 제출 필요
※ 시범시행 성적표는 인정되지 않습니다. 정규 토픽 시험 성적만 인정가능
※ 11월 12일(일) 토픽시험 성적발표일이 12월 21일(목) 15시입니다. 11월 12일(일) 토픽시험에 응시한 학생들도 12월 22일(금) 오후 4시전까지 토픽장학금 온라인 신청 완료하고 성적표 및 통장사본을 국가별 조교선생님에게 제출해야 함.
※토픽장학금은 2024년 1월 중 지급 예정. 방학 때 마지막학기인 학생들이 방학하자마자 바로 본국에 돌아갈 거라면,
대리수령 사유서 작성(붙임 파일 참조)하고 친구 통장으로 대리 수령 가능.
[2023-2nd Semester TOPIK Scholarship Application Guide]
1. Eligibility: Self-funded new/transfer students and self-funded exchange students who pay tuition at our university.
2. Payment Conditions: For international undergraduate students who have paid tuition to our university and maintained a GPA of 2.5 or higher in the previous semester, the scholarship will pay 200,000 won to those achieving TOPIK level 4, 400,000 won for level 5, and 600,000 won for level 6.
(However, when advancing in grade, only the difference by grade will be paid, and newly admitted students are excluded from the 2.5 GPA standard for the previous semester.)
3. Application Period: December 11th, 2023 (Mon) 9:00 to December 22nd, 2023 (Fri) 16:00.
4. How to Apply: Access the Student Portal System (https://m.bufs.ac.kr/), go to 교류, then TOPIK 장학금 신청 (TOPIK Scholarship Application). Complete the application, write your student number and Korean name on the TOPIK transcript and bankbook copy, and submit them to the teaching assistant for each country.
Except for China, Vietnam, Japan, and Uzbekistan: Please scan and submit the file with the name format (StudentID_Name) to 20227833@bufs.ac.kr via email or visit F201
Notice
※ If the bank account holder’s name differs from the applicant's name, an additional proxy receipt application form must be completed and submitted.
※The trial-run score sheets will not be recognized. Only regular topic test scores will be accepted.
※ The TOPIK test results from November 12th (Sunday) will be announced on December 21st (Thursday) at 15:00. Students who took the TOPIK exam on November 12th (Sunday) must complete the online application for the TOPIK scholarship by 4 p.m. on Friday, December 22nd and submit a copy of their transcript and bankbook to the teaching assistant for each country.
※ The TOPIK Scholarship is scheduled to be paid in January 2024. If students who are in their final semester plan to return to their home country immediately after vacation,
They can complete a written explanation for proxy receipt (refer to the attached file) and receive it on behalf of a friend through their friend's bank account.
